Performance Testing has become a very important issue for members of The Society, so Nigel Bennet from Schippers will be on hand to demonstrate the use of back fat testing equipment on Welsh pigs. We are very grateful to St. Fagans Museum of Welsh Life, for the loan of these pigs and for supplying pork to a Reception being held in a room above the Food Hall.
 
The Society Tie has arrived and will be on sale at The Stand - a great Xmas present!!!!

Both Members of The Society and The ADAS Project Team will be available to help with any enquiries about The Pedigree Welsh Pig and the importance of The Project.
